Dr. Jenny Miller, DMD, is an extensively trained cosmetic dentist with over 25 years of experience. Renowned for her incredible smile makeover results, she is a multi-time Gold Medal Winner of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s Smile Gallery Competition, as well as the recipient of numerous “Best Dentist” awards. A native of Carrollton, Kentucky, Dr. Miller attended the University of Kentucky to attain her undergraduate prerequisites in just two years as one of the youngest students in her class.
She then remained at the UK to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, after which she went on to receive rigorous post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and dental implants at the Misch Implant Center. She also studied occlusion under some of the world’s most recognized experts in the field, including Dawson, Okeson, Spear, and others.

When not participating in life-changing dentistry, Dr. Miller devotes most of her time to her children, Layne, Emily, and Evan—as well as her grandchildren, Ellie and Lincoln. Dr. Miller has also enjoyed participating in international mission trips through her church, including the development of a small dental clinic in Haiti.

Neil Miller, CDT, CMT, is a Certified Master Technician and head of Hamburg Expression’s state-of-the-art on-site commercial dental laboratory. With over 25 years of experience, working with dozens of dentists, and completing over 60,000 all-ceramic dental restorations, he is well-known for his custom creation of high-quality, incredibly natural-looking dental restorations, which is evidenced by his multiple Gold Medal awards in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s prestigious Smile Gallery Competition.
A native of central Kentucky, Neil pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky before completing the esteemed LCC Dental Technology Program. He then went on to receive stringent training at Lee Culp’s Institute for Oral Art and Design, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and the Implant Esthetic Center of Excellence. He also continually studies advanced occlusal philosophies under Dawson, Jankelson, Okeson, Carlson, and other leading experts in the field.
Over the years, Neil has continued to study and master the specifics of cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and reconstructive dentistry. At our in-house dental lab—which also serves dozens of other dentists and practices—he has created a highly efficient and effective approach to developing personalized dental crowns, veneers, bridges, implant abutments, and other restorations using computer-assisted technologies and cutting-edge milling equipment. Based on Dr. Jenny Miller’s treatment planning, he also provides diagnostic wax-ups of intended end results to be used as a guide during preparation procedures and temporization. These systems allow for excellent communication between dentist and laboratory, as well as more predictable outcomes.
Neil is always looking toward the future and how modern dentistry can benefit our patients. As a Master Technician, he understands the importance of putting the finishing touches on every case in order to make all restorations look and feel entirely natural, and he is never satisfied until an exceptional final outcome is truly achieved.
Dr. Emily Williams was born and raised in Kentucky, and she and her family are proud members of the Lexington community. A lifelong interest in healthcare combined with the opportunity to work in the Hamburg Expressions dental lab and assist in the clinic inspired her to pursue a career as a dentist.
She is excited to join her parents, dentist Jenny Miller, DMD and lab manager Neil Miller, CMT, in providing superior cosmetic, restorative, and preventative dental care for patients. Dr. Williams’s husband, Jared, is a firefighter/paramedic serving the Lexington community.
Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors with their golden retriever, running, walking, and playing on a slow-pitch softball team. They are also active members of Center Point Christian Church.
Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky. She continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2024 with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Her excellence in patient care was recognized with the Comprehensive Clinical Care Award.
